Directions
Users are advised to take one serving (3 capsules) with an 250ml glass of water twice daily, approximately 30-60 minutes before meals. This is a great fat burner, if used in conjunction with a hypo-calorific diet and good training program. It is not for someone just looking to lose a bit of weight but someone who really wants to get cut - I'm using this in combination with whey protein to lose the excess fat gained during my winter bulking program. It makes you very focused mentally and pretty hyperactive, definitely do not take after 6PM preferably sooner if you can as it will keep you awake (or take a smaller dose at that time).
A very strong product so definitely don't start with a full dose (3 pills) unless you are experienced. Can cause headaches and jitters/tremous, as with most fat burners, make sure you drink lots of water.

- Q. Can you use hydroxycut and at the same time try to put on muscle by using Muscle Milk or something similar?

Many people e-mail us and want to gain muscle without gaining fat. This is possible when you just start out training or when you come back from time off the gym and possibly if you have fantastic genetics.
BUT outside of the above scenarios, you are NOT going to gain muscle without gaining some fat!
To make maximum muscle gains, you have to also gain some fat because you have to be eating more calories than you are burning. So you have to decide whether you want to make big, fast gains or moderate, slow gains (or possibly no gains at all) by trying to stay lean while gaining muscle.

If you are sensitive to caffeine, then it could make you jumpy if you drink it with coffee but probably most people who take it drink caffeinated drinks with it.
If you eat too soon afterwards, it will slow the absorption of the product. Although this product is absorbed so quickly, it probably won\'t make much difference, just try to have it as close to 1/2 hr before food as possible. - Q. hi
