Terms and Conditions

  1. CreatineStore prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros (prices in Euros and US Dollars are approximate and may differ slightly than the transaction charge).
  2. All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate (unless ordering from The Channel Islands or outside The European Union).
  3. All payments are automatically checked to make sure the Credit/Debit Card has not been reported lost or stolen before the payment is authorised and that the address details match the card being used.
  4. All orders placed before 1pm are packaged and shipped the same day by where possible Recorded Delivery or Courier, and will generally arrive within 2 working days from the date you place your order if using our priority service. Orders place on a Friday after 1pm may not be processed until Monday morning.
  5. Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
  6. Products may only be returned if unopened. Products may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee and must be posted to:

  7. All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
  8. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party. Please see the privacy policy below.
  9. None of the above effects your statutory rights.
  10. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

  12. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
