polished off the tub bought it as its good value for money .servings wise the taste was very watery and cardboard like (vanilla flavor) but it did the job mixed well and you could just neck it if you wanted so overall it was alright

The combination of 3:3:3 (according to the amino profile) casein, whey and egg provides an amazing profile, on a shake that will keep your muscles fed for hours.
The taste and mixability have improved a lot (as long as it's in the pictured container)... and I have only tried the vanilla flavor so far.
Kudos to this company for keeping and improving such an old time classic!
Another plus is that it comes in a 46 servings container. That means that you only need to buy two per month for a triple daily supply.
