Had about 4 boxes of these now, choc orange wasnt for me (not a fan of the taste), chocolate is better....not bad as a snack every now & again when your on the go or to just bump up cals/protein for the day...got some of the Sci-MX ones to try next so will see how they compare for taste

Ive got a pack of both Cherry and Almond and Chocolate Orange.
Both of which are easily the nicest protein bars ive had, ive tried a few other brands and the chemical after taste is no where to be found in these bars.
The only slight dissapointment is that there isnt a huge amount of flavour there for me, its more of a slight hint, and then its mostly flapjack.
But hey, 20g of protein and 300 cals, 16 quid. 5/5

Great value and taste fine, have a bit of a chalky taste to them as do most protein bars but after a work out I eat these with pleasure.

i got the orange and as some said the after taste is funky and "odd" and a box of 24 your kinda not looking forward to the next and the next. Try choc if i were u cant be as bad as orange - great value

used to eat CNP Pro Bar as part of my mid-morning meal, but with only 12 bars in a box they're pricey.
although these aren't as good for you, they still have 19 grams of protein. plus they taste great.

Low fat and sugar is great in any supplement.
This is a real Joe Pesci of a product looks small and inconspicuous, but it's armed and deadly. Nice little bar to top up during the day and it's got slow amino's too!

Would be a good product from the ingrediant profile if it didn't taste so bad. Normally i just grin and bare it but they are that bad in taste.

Cant comment on gains as I only use these as filler when I cant get to my normal tub of protein, but they have a decent protein seving. They're also perfectly edible (I personally advise ChocOrange), not too fluffy or dry, and easy to swallow!

I bought these at my local gym and found that they help fight hunger, especially good for pre work out or mid monring snack to tie you over if your out and about. I call them "card boards" You need a drink of water water to wash em down! Cherry is my fav, choc and orange is a little sickly , not tried the choc
