First of all, you should be sure to eat whole food meals every day. However, the Myoplex Ready-to-Drink shakes have been designed to provide one or more of the recommended six meals per day. Just as with food meals, the shakes provide quality protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins & minerals.

How many servings of the Myoplex Ready-to-Drink shakes should I take on training and non-training days?

Whether you are on a training or non-training day, you should have six small meals a day. One to three of those meals can be Myoplex Ready-to-Drink shakes which can be used any time of the day.

Myoplex Ready to Drink shakes do not have to be refrigerated for storage, but we do recommend that you drink them cold for best taste. However, once the shake has been opened, it must be refrigerated.
