What is the cost of your Postage and Packaging?
Postage costs are determined on the weight of the product you are buying, however if you live in the UK mainland standard delivery costs are free on all orders over £32.00 and 1st Class Recorded delivery / Parcel Force 24hr is free on all orders over £90.00 depending on the size and weight of the parcel . For Northern Ireland Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, ROI and Europe shipping costs will be highlighted throughout the order process and are based on the net weight of each individual product.
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
As well as shipping to the UK, Ireland and The Channel Islands we also offer shipping to France, Spain, Germany, Norway, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy and Luxembourg, Denmark, the USA and Canada. Items to the USA and Canada are limited to 2Kg.
We cannot and will not deliver to countries not in the above list.
CreatineStore.co.uk aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days if you choose our priority shipping service. Orders shipped using our standard delivery service generally arrive within 2-5 working days. Orders made after 1pm may not despatched until the following morning although we will attempt to ship same day where possible.
BFPO orders and destinations outside the UK will normally arrive within 1 week
Do you have a returns policy should I want to exchange of refund?
Due to the nature of our products they may only be returned if unopened in the case of food supplements. All other items must be returned within 7 days of taking delivery of the item and must be in the same condition that they were received. All monies will be refunded to you minus postage and packaging costs. Postage and packing costs are not refundable as these are heavily subsidised and therefore will be deducted when a refund is issued.
What do I do if a product is damaged during delivery?
Give us a call immediately (during office hours) on 0151 4279301 should there be any damage to a product on arrival and we will arrange to have it collected by a courier and replaced or if it is a smaller item we will send you a Free Post returns label
Can I receive a product at the weekend?
For priority orders made before 2pm on a Friday we aim to have them delivered the following day if Under 2Kg and by Monday if over 2Kg.
Can I offer a separate delivery address (such as work) to the billing address?
You will have a choice of whether the have your products delivered to your billing address or another specified delivery point, however the billing address must be the address where you receive your Credit or Debit Card Statements.
Is it possible to track an order once it has been despatched?
If your order is sent via courier we will email you with the tracking link. If it is sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery you may email us and request the tracking number.
