How do I return an order?

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please post it back to The Creatine Store, Units 38/39 Minworth Industrial Park, Sutton Coldfield B76 1AH. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original packing sheet and a note stating the reason for the return.

How long have you been trading for, and where are you based?

Creatine Store was launched in 2000 and has been trading successfully online since launching. In January 2009 Creatine Store was acquired by Power Fitness (Europe) Ltd who are one of the UK’s leading retailers of Sports Nutrition. We are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

How much does delivery cost?

UK Delivery

Delivery is FREE for all UK orders if you choose standard 2-3 day delivery. Next-day delivery is charged at £3.00 for orders under £60, and FREE for orders over £60

International Delivery to Europe

We charge a flat rate of £15 for orders up to £50, £12 for orders up to £75, and £10 for all orders over £75

We put a lot of effort into ensuring your order is packaged extremely carefully, and we only use a signed for courier service (DPD Couriers), enabling us to track your order from start to finish. (Please ensure someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How long does delivery of my order take?

We aim to dispatch your supplements within 24 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday 8.30am - 8.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order please call us on 0844 745 1950. If your order has already been despatched then we would ask you to take delivery and post the item back to us within 28 days for a full refund, providing it is in its original packaging and in new condition.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will, of course, always give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
