also why is maxi muscle's provite spray dried yet reflex claim this is a damaging process, yet maxi muscle claim there process is non damaging, also they sell for a lot more money

As far as I am aware, both sources are high-quality. As long as the processing doesn't use heat or acid, it should preserve the integrity of the colostrum peptides and immune factors. You'd have to contact the companies regarding the source (how the animals were reared, etc).
