Directions
For optimum results use 2-4 servings of Pharma-Whey HT+ daily. Ideally, use 1 serving upon waking, 1 serving 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise.

I have tried ALOT of powders, and this is by far the best I've had. Mixes really well to a thinnish nice texture with NO lumps. Choc Mint flavour is to die for, I could drink it all day! Half way through my tub and already seeing nice lean gains and losing body fat. A must buy!

Used several proteins and this has been the best one I have used by far. My recovery has been quick, gaining mass and tastes great. However one review said it gave them eczema. I use to have eczema but then thought I had grown out of it. Now im using this though my eczema is back but isnt too bad. And another review says it doesnt mix well. Well I can tell you it mixes really well ! They probably just changed something like I always put the milk in first so the protein doesnt become compact and not mix. Where as if milk is in first well then it wont become compact. Recomend

I used the chocolate cookie, it is a good taste with water but you must put the water in the shaker first and then add the scoop with the protein powder in order to mix well. In case you put the protein first it doesn't mix well. The taste is much better with milk. The quality seems to be very good!

Was using this for several months, suffered with eczema on my hands in the same time. it only cleared up after not using this pharma whey. I have since been using another protein which I wont name) (isolates, hydrolosates and whey peptides) and ive not had it since which proves it was PHD's pharma whey causing my eczema.
On the plus side its lovley tasting (esp Choc Mint) and cheap which is why I kept buying it.
This may not effect everyone but it did me.

I have never been so annoyed by a protein powder. This stuff might be good quality protein but it is by far the worse protein powder i have had in terms of mixing. IT DOES NOT MIX WELL AT ALL AND IT REALLY ANNOYS ME. I've tried lots of other protein powder and have never had this problem. I will not be buying this again!

i normally go with chocolate flavour proteins because they are a safe bet...after reading comments on here about strawberry being fantastic i thought id give it a go
unfortunately it has a very sicky aftertaste..and no i dont mean 'sickly' i really mean sicky...not nice at all.

At last, a Protein Shake Powder, that tastes likes it's bad for you, when infact, it's doing you good. I opted for The Vanilla Creme flavor, it's simply delicious, mixes superbly in a blender bottle, with one of those little balls to mix it with, and one and a half scoops to 250ml of cold water, makes a filling frothy shake, ideal for breakfast, or anytime!! Will stick to this brand now, as nothing else i've tried, even comes close, well worth it.

I have used this product for the past 2 months and it is superb. I use regulary for breakfast and after my gym session. I have used Choc mint which is superb and mixes very well but now im using Strawberry Creme which in my opinion taste even nicer but seams to froth quite a bit more than the Choc mint. But any flavour from the guys at PHD is always spot on. Excelent value with the 2.2kg tub, another great bargain from TheSupplementStore.

i got the strawberry flavour and although it is not as nice as myofusion i found that pharma whey works.For me it has been the most effective in terms of increased strength and improved physical appearance and i can honestly say for results it's the best i've tried

I just ordered the strawberry creme flavour off you guys and I wasn't convinced about the taste being so good that everyone has said it is, so I thought i'd give it ago. I used to be on nitrotech hardcore (strawberry) and after trying this product I can say that I wont be going back to it. The taste is UNREAL! and for £36 for 90 servings per tub what more can you ask for! I can now see why it is the best selling protein on here!

I ordered the chocolate mint and it tastes lovely. not as nice as a normal milkshake but that is expected from a protein shake, but stil the best tasting shake out there.
In terms off results, I can't fault it, and excellent value for money! Have tried other top brands inc. maximoney, reflex, USN and muscle tech and this is by far the best in terms of value, effectiveness and taste.
Bad things though, gives me incredibly bad wind! not good for work. when mixed in a shaker, forms an annoying froth on the top which i have to scoop off.
would buy it and reccomend it though.

What can I say about PHD Nutrition\'s Pharma Whey? I don\'t want to sound like I work for the company by being too positive, but in 7 years of taking supplements, this is the best I have had so far. Just this minute ordered a new tub as I am about to run out. I take 1 scoop with milk for Breakfast and Supper and 2 scoops with water straight after training. I have notices substantially better gains than with other brands, including BSN and Maximuscle. The taste (I always opt for Strawberry Creme) is leagues above the rest; I can take the above mentioned 3 shakes a day and still am not sick of it. A much deserved 5 stars, I always recommend it in the gym and would recommend it here. If it doesn\'t work for you then you are either eating too little, not training hard enough or not sleeping enough.

I feel that i am getting good results from it,used with phd creatine.Only train every third day and 2 years off from 50.It will froth up a bit when mixed in a shaker,but mixes really well and tastes great.Delivery service from the supplement store was superb.Will buy again from here.

Using this stuff for a while now, Does stack on the muscle over time. Only bad point is it likes to froth after having shaken it. Can leave you quite gassy. Overall a good product though. I recommend Cyclone

Very good value, extra 40 grams of protein a day for over a month from it. Tastes ok. Mixes terribly, its undrinkable mixed with a spoon, haven’t tried in a shaker, I use a blender and it mixes a lot better but get a bit of foam with it, I just spoon it off. Good delivery as usual.

if using a shaker, you need to at least double the amount of liquid stated otherwise it all jus turns to foam that u end up having to consume with a spoon! Strawberry creme flavour is so sweet to the point of it almost being sickly! gains good and value for money also good. worthwhile product if u have an extreme sweet tooth!

Quite simply, use this because of the taste, its that simple! The Strawberry Creme is just like a Maccyducks milk shake. I mix (37.5gms) with water (250ml) in a blender for about thirty seconds and its just superb, better than anything else on the market by miles. The product has quality written all over it, it has more protein then any other product Ive come across and its packed with BCAAs. You cannot over use the product, so a morning and evening dose for me covers my needs. I do not need to worry that my natural diet is not giving me enough protein to recover from my CV workouts. Overall a great product that I will continue to use, and one that I don’t see any reason to change.

Whey protein is just a protein derived from milk, which has been found to be the most effective protein for recovery from exercise and for muscle growth and repair. It is also absorbed the fastest and has many health benefits. So go ahead and use the whey 2 or 3 times per day regardless of your age (I assume you're over 4 years old'). Be sure to take it with a big whack of carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose, sugar, waxy maize, etc) right after training.

Increasing your protein intake at the expense of sugar, starchy carbs and fat is the easiest way to lose fat, so yes this product will help. Yes, Pharma Whey is very low in carbs and fat and high in protein. Teh best diet strategy is to keep the protein high and keep cutting the carbs and fat until you are losing about 1 kilo per week (more in the first few weeks or if you are very over-weight).

There is no limit to how much proteint the body can 'absorb' in a person with a healthy gut. The only limitation is on how much of that protein gets 'retained' in the muscle. Any excess beyond your requirements will be eliminated in the urine. Your requirement will depend upon how many calories and how much protein you have eaten and how recently and on when/how intensely you last trained, your body size and other factors. Your stomach upset sounds like it is something to do with the protein but it is impossible to tell for sure. Many of us here use the Pharma Whey with no such negative effects and we love the taste, quality and low cost. You can try it with more water and this will not affect the quality of the protein. You should also try sipping it very slowly. If this doesn't work, try another brand - Whey Maxx is good and EAS Myopro has a similar nutrition profile and quality and also tastes very good and is about the same price.

Take protein with meals if the meal is not high in protein or take it between meals if not. Most importantly, take it after your workouts with a big whack of carbs (about 75 grams - you can buy cheap carb powders that can be mixed in water to take with or after your protein shake).
Take the creatine after workouts (at least 5 grams but not more than 10) and take it just before your biggest meal or with a protein shake on "off" days. Take the Hydroxycut according to label instructions - first thing in the morning and just before lunch.
