These happen to be the first protein bars i have tried. I find them to be mildly chewy, but very tasty and not overly laborious to eat. Much better than a Snicker bar and fills you up in a pinch. I found them nice to just munch on, during the trip home! Definitely going to be buying more.

I have been using PhD Nutrition Flapjack Bars for the past 2 months now and they are brilliant. Not only are they priced better than the old Maximuscle bars i was using but they taste great. Quite a chewy bar but very nice flavour ( forest fruit) packed with a decent 19g of protein its ideal to take with me for a quick snack after the gym or on the go. Would deffinetly reccomend and will continue to use.
