Very easy to mix, tastes okay (bit like maximuscle) first protein I've been able to take without any effects on my stomach (I have IBS) goes down nice and easy and can pretty much drink as many as I want! noticing good results too.

i've been tkaing nitrotech for about 5 months now and only because of the great reviews and history behind 100% have i switched, i have found that this is definately the better of the two its been around longer and doesnt rely on advertising to do the work for it. for the extra 5pounds or so here on tropicana or anywhere else is not worth it, obviously nitrotech has "university research" behind it but how many of you have actually had the gains? i bet even jay cutler isnt on it... p.s hydrowhey is even better.
