Directions
Mix 2 scoops (120g) of Maximuscle Progain with 500ml of water. Stir with a fork for around 10 seconds or mix in a Maximuscle shaker and drink within 5 minutes

Probably worthy of 3.5 stars, easy to use, tastes good.... However used effectively (2&1/2 scoops per day) for 3 weeks and only gained 2lbs. (Weighing 12’2lbs). Possibly could have increased the intake, but due to the price, I’ll try something else.

Progain is a quality product. The guys here at tsst make the ludacris maximuslce prices all worth it. This particular product has helped me through the ups and downs of my training regime. Having tried everything to gain weight this was a last attempt before giving up. Taste took some getting used to, but incredibly have gained 5 pounds in two weeks. Only draw back is my bank accounts now getting slimmer

What a Product! Been using for about a year now(on and off) Must of put on a total of 10ibs so far. Thats on top of the 12ibs i put on my first protein shakes (nutrisport... YUK). Best Flavours are Strawberry then Chocolate. The only downside is the price, which thanks to tsst.co.uk I can put up with..

Have had 2 tubs now, Strawberry doesn\'t taste great Bananna is much better.Put on about Half a stone in that time. pretty good supplement but won\'t be buying again as it is not good value for money

I\'ve been using this product for 2 months and have gained a stone in conjunction with a weights regime. As I work in an office I find it hard to eat as regularly as I should. Drinking a shake in the afternoon is far easier than trying to have a second lunch.

This product is not very high in calories and carbs, so especially if you have a fast metabolism, it is unlikely to cause you to gain fat. It will help you maintain your muscle gains for sure though.

Yes this product will be useful because it has the extra calories and protein you need, along with extra vitamins and minerals that you wont be getting enough of due to not eating well. Other good products would be Muscle Fuel Mass and Real Mass. For fastest possible gains, add a slightly rounded teaspoon of creatine to each shake or get a good creatine tablet like Creakic or use Cell-Tech (probably the best rapid mass gainer creatine formula).

Progain has the calories required for maximum gains but Cyclone has creatine and other muscle-building ingredients. So the Progain would be best for your needs but gains would come even more quickly if you add a creatine product into the mix.
