I've only been using this for a week or so and have to say its exceeded expectations. Obviously its early days as far as results go but i've noticed a difference even in such a short space of time. I still have muscle soreness for 2 to 3 days but its not as bad as it used to be, and, i go all out intense in the gym. I mix it with skimmed milk to get a creamy milkshake (haven't tried it with water). As well as mixing easily it seems to digest really easily too without that bloated feeling you get sometimes. The taste? I have the chocolate orange flavour. To be honest its really good. Better than others i've tried in the past. I let my girlfriend taste it and she really liked it too (and she's fussy when it comes to food). Obviously people have different tastes in food but i like it. At the end of the day, its a protein powder designed to give your muscles a much needed boost . If you don't like it, get it down you and man up lol. I highly recommend it.

Whoever has wrote that this is a great product must be absolutely mental, it is quite easily the worst protein whey iv tasted and trust me iv had lots an lots off this website, it mixes terribly an leaves a grittyness at the bottom of the shaker even when blended and doesnt have any thickness to it at all which is what you normally want with a shake! if you ignore this review and stupidly decide to purchase it? DONT GET THE CHOCO MINT IT TASTES LIKE MOUTHWASH OK 0/5

Easily the best protein ive tasted and that was with water too! Seen some good results in a few weeks which is prob down to the great nutrition build up, high protein, low carbs! Deff recommended!

Well lets forget the taste, its about what it does right and any side effects? It's a high protein, low carb, low fat product, other than my favourite - Maximuscle Promax Extreme which works 100% in producing lean muscle fast - nothing comes close to this for the value. The bottom line is that its not a top product like the Promax which also gives you strength & quick recovery times but remember that does cost 3 or 4 times as much over the month (£160-200 including suppliments Tbol & CLA). So if you can afford it buy that. But this is a great budget high protein that does not give you gut ache & it will produce lean muscle with time. I have found that it does make your skin slightly greasy though, but it does not give you spots. I have had some great dreams with it also - so mix it with milk for slow release straight before bed. Some products have cafeen or stimulants which keep you awake so always check. It is the best mixing protein by far with both water and milk, there is a slight after taste like the diet coke fake sugar but you do get used to it. Although it is chocolate it is not as strong in flavour as I would like. As with all high protein suppliments drink plenty of water throughout the day as they always make you thirsty. During the day mix when required with cold water stored in a bottle in your fridge rather than tap water as it is really nice cold.
But and the big but is do not discard this product because of the cheap cost or some reviews - including mine, I brought this because the GN protein bars work well too when you are out and about, gritty as hell but will give you hampster cheeks..you will see what I mean. I will use this product as a between meals & Maximuscle suppliments drink. Good luck, reduce your carb intake and get extra lean with this product. For additional protein also take 3-5 egg whites with 1 muller of other low fat yoghurt. This tastes great and gives you 25 - 40gms of natural protein - use twice a day between meals. Remember to take protein every 1.5 to 2 hours. To get muscle you have to eat other protein as well - do not just use the powders! You will also need to eat vegetables - and yes it can be done with Chinese food - I eat it all the time cooked which I cook with very little oil. Keep an eye on your rice and pasta intake so do not eat too much otherwise you will get fat and waste your money on this lean muscle product & spend most of your hard time on the treadmill.

Superb product! one of very few that actually tastes very very nice. Ive noticed a significant improvement in post workout recovery and to be honest for the money its by far the best, i get around 70 servings from 1 tub.

Recomended if you want a great tasting whey to help recovery. Flavour wise its one of the least synthetic out there, pro max is disgusting compared to this and half the size

brill taste and mixes well even in a shaker this product also has added l-glutamine which aid's recovery. well done garnell i will buy this one again in the future
