Directions
Use on training days only: This is an extremely powerful workout serum that is to be consumed on workout days only. Do not use if you are not accustomed to using high intensity supplements. Read, understand and follow all instructions before using. Take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 200 to 250ml of cold water or beverage 15-30 minutes prior to training. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming. Do Not take more than the recommended serving!

have used vmax pump which was good and also nuro core by muscle tec. mayhem dosent give you tingle but this has great taste and makes you get threw a hard 2 hour workout without feeling tired. have orded more and will stay with it.

I found this having been my first pre workout supplement i took to be effective that i was pulling out more reps during weights, found a explosiveness inside me during intense cardio workouts too, and for 14.99 = 45 servings you cant go wrong, blue rasperry flavour is good.

This was the first pre-workout supplement that i have tried, so didnt really know what to expect. I think my expectations might have been too high, especially when you consider the price compared to other similiar products. Didnt really feel any of the supposed effects, so will probably try an alternative in the future.

I have tried Jack3d, No Shotgun, Xceler8 and now this. I wouldnt say it gives you an insane energy boost but it does help.
You get no tingling sensation, like with Jack3d, but have noticed good focus and it allows me to push those extra few reps at the next heavier weight up.
So all in all for the price, you cant moan at 45 servings for £15 / 16 and does help for a day in the gym.

i havent tried a huge amount of pre work outs my favourite so far is gakic but i have to say this pretty much matches my performance with gakic , ive tried others- a dymatize one which was similar but just made my hands and ears itch like crazy, this does that a little but it feels kinda good, i tried it for the first time today and i lifted more weight than i normally do , i didnt feel tired even after doing supersets all the way to the end of the work i could have kept going , overall i would say for the price and the amount of servings its a pretty good product, i will defo get it again. next time im going to try muscletech nano x9 and no-xplode by bsn and i will compare , but value wise this is my favourite yet

Only a slight feeling of alertness which quickly goes. I have tried Jack3d too and Jack is much better, hardly any effect from this product
